Refund & Returns Policy

At Dive Salalah, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for all bookings.

1. Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • More than 3 days before the scheduled dive: Full refund.
  • Less than 3 days before the scheduled dive: No refund.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your dive or arrive late, no refund will be provided.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

3. Weather & Operator Cancellations

  • If we cancel due to bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, you will receive:
    • A full refund OR
    • The option to reschedule your dive for another available date.

4. Special Circumstances

  • If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please provide a valid medical certificate, and we may offer a refund or reschedule option at our discretion.
  • Refunds for third-party bookings (e.g., through travel agencies) must be requested via the original booking platform.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Transaction fees may be deducted depending on the payment provider’s policy.
