2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through divesalalah.com or via our official contact channels.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made via STRIPE & PAYPAL.
• Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Customer Cancellations:
  
  • Cancellations made 3 days before the dive will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the dive are non-refundable.
• Weather or Operational Cancellations:
  
  • If we cancel due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

4. Health, Safety, and Liability

• Customers must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect diving safety.
• A valid diving certification may be required for certain dives.
• All divers must follow the instructions of our dive professionals.
• Liability Waiver: By participating in our diving activities, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree that Dive Salalah is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost property.
